Maintaining and enhancing our community's value and living environment

Hidden Harbour, a private community, is managed by the Hidden Harbour Homeowners Association (HHHA) Board of Trustees, a group of neighborhood volunteers. HHHA's shared vision is to maintain and enhance our community's value and living environment.
As a private community, Hidden Harbour maintains its own roads and streetlights, and contracts for garbage pickup, snow removal, and common grounds landscaping maintenance.
The HHHA trustees meet quarterly or more often if urgent matters require. Trustees assume their positions in May, replacing members whose terms are expiring. There is an annual meeting held in May of each year, open for attendance to all homeowners.
Dedicated to making Hidden Harbour a great place to live
The HOA team works hard to maintain and improve Hidden Harbour's common areas, roads, refuse pickup and security. They also organize social events and enforce the Declaration of Restrictions to protect property values and curb appeal for all homes in the community.
