Glad you're here! Here's everything new residents need in one place: getting connected, dues, the lake, and who to call.
Create your website account. After you verify your email, the property manager approves it and the members area opens: the resident directory, documents, meeting minutes and newsletters.
Then send a directory update so neighbors can reach you. You choose whether your phone and email are listed.
HHHA dues are billed twice a year, in January and July, by the property manager. Lake lots are $535.00 per half-year; off-lake lots are $452.50 per half-year. Both include the Lake Association fee. Late fee: $25 per month.

Exterior changes like fences, driveways, roofs, additions, docks and tree removal need Architectural Control Committee approval before work begins. Submit an ACC request and review the ACC Guidelines in Home Owners Documents.
